The PNC 3000GC series CNC system for special-shaped glass cutting is a new product developed by our company based on a next-generation motion control platform and drawing on over 20 years of experience in CNC applications. This product seamlessly integrates specialized CAD/CAM (optimized nesting) and CNC functions tailored for glass cutting processes, making it suitable for industries such as architectural glass, photovoltaic glass, home appliance glass, solar glass, and automotive glass processing.
The PNC3000GC is equipped with advanced irregular-shaped glass cutting capabilities. In addition to a basic library of pre-defined patterns that users can freely call and nest, it also features online CAD integration, parametric graphical programming, real-time analysis of cutting paths, corner-tool tracking, corner-transition smoothing, gantry synchronous control, irregular-shaped substrate scanning, intelligent blade-pressure control, and automatic label sorting (optional). These advanced functions not only ensure superior processing quality but also significantly enhance the cutting table’s operational efficiency.
The PNC3000GC’s basic control axes consist of either four-axis servo motors or linear motors, or any combination thereof. This system employs a high-speed microprocessor—combining 64-bit and 32-bit architectures—to perform high-speed interpolation calculations, motion coordination, graphic processing, trajectory display, machining process management, event handling, and advanced intelligence, thereby enabling the machine to operate at high speed and with exceptional smoothness, as well as to achieve high-speed, precision cutting of arbitrary shapes.
The PNC3000GC features a highly user-friendly and human-centered operating interface, supports seamless switching among multiple languages, and boasts characteristics such as network connectivity, openness, easy scalability of functional software, highly integrated hardware, compact structure, high stability and reliability, simple connection and installation, and convenient operation and maintenance.
