PNC30x0MP Series Motion Control Development Platform

　　The PNC30x0 series CNC system development platform is a new product developed by Beijing Zhongbaolun Automation Technology Co., Ltd. to meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing technology development. As an OEM product, it adopts an open and versatile design philosophy, integrating a highly compact embedded industrial control motherboard, multi-axis motion control, and I/O functions into a single unit. This eliminates the need for cumbersome internal connection cables, significantly enhancing electromagnetic compatibility and preventing system malfunctions caused by vibration, dust, oil contamination, and humidity commonly found in industrial environments. At the same time, the platform provides basic, commonly used control function libraries and controls, enabling customers to achieve one-stop procurement and receive comprehensive technical support and services. As a result, customers can focus entirely on the R&D of specialized CNC application software for intelligent manufacturing equipment, thereby accelerating the pace of industrialization of scientific research achievements.

　　This development platform supports multiple real-time operating systems and can control up to 8 axes. It is available in two models: PNC3040MP and PNC3080MP. The platform can directly connect to servo drives in either speed mode or position mode, or it can be connected to stepper motors. It features basic CNC functions such as linear/arc interpolation, gantry synchronous drive, electronic gear synchronous control, backlash compensation, pitch error compensation, handwheel interface, and analog spindle control interface. Additionally, it boasts networked capabilities, an open architecture, easy-to-develop CNC function software, a compact structure, high integration, simple installation and connection, high reliability, and an excellent performance-to-price ratio.

　　From a structural perspective, this development platform offers exceptional flexibility. Users can connect it either to commercially available standard displays and keyboards, or to the TP-series touch-based human-machine interfaces—highly reliable and easy to install—that Zhongbaolun Automation has custom-designed specifically for industrial control applications, enabling either a split-system or all-in-one control solution. Additionally, users can opt for specialized operator panels developed by Zhongbaolun Automation for specific industry applications.
