An intelligent I/O controller designed for use with the Galil network-based controller.

　　The PL-I/O-16 intelligent I/O controller is an intelligent I/O controller developed by Beijing Zhongbaolun Company in response to the widespread demand from Chinese users and the market for low-cost, high-quality, multi-point I/O control. It is designed to work seamlessly with networked controllers from GALIL, the world’s largest manufacturer of motion controllers based in the U.S. Its exceptionally low price makes it the top choice for a wide range of users.

　　The PL-I/O-16 intelligent I/O controller features a DC 24V power input, 16-channel digital inputs, and 16-channel relay outputs with contact ratings of 5A at 250V AC and 5A at 30V DC. It also includes two 12-bit AD inputs with a voltage range of ±10V and two 12-bit DA outputs with the same voltage range of ±10V. The controller supports TCP/IP MODBUS communication protocol. Additionally, all TTL-level I/O signals undergo optoelectronic isolation circuitry, significantly enhancing the system's resistance to interference. Users can easily connect external signals to the I/O controller.

　　The PL-IO-48 expansion module features 48 digital inputs and 40 digital outputs, with optional relay output or transistor output configurations. It also includes two 12-bit AD converters (optional), with an input voltage range of ±10V; two 12-bit DA outputs (optional), with an output voltage range of ±10V. The module provides one 100M Ethernet interface that supports TCP/IP and MODBUS communication protocols. Additionally, all TTL-level input and output signals undergo optoelectronic isolation, significantly enhancing the system's resistance to interference.
